Heres to a Lovely quite weekend home with the people we love the most! Pancakes are light yet satisfying and an amzing way to kick start your day. What more do kids want. Just a simple treat..
Pancakes are so easy to make and require no effort, just 5 ingredients and some love. Perfect for a lazy weekend while your kids cozy up on the couch watching thier favourite disney show, or if they are home schooling then its a nice way to give them a boost of flavour to help set thier mind to work! You can enjoy these delights at any time of the day there are no rules to when your allowed! Its an amazing breakfast to have with blueberries, Strawberries or banana but also a mouthwatering, light to the stomach, crave fulfiling dessert!

Why i reccomend this particular recipe is because i dont add sugar! Reason bieng, number one its great for kids and toddlers without worrying too much about how sweet it is and number two, the maple syrup is sweet enough and full of flavour.
Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 cup plain flour
- 60g melted butter (cooled)
- 1 egg
- 310ml of milk
- 1/2 vanilla essence
- 4 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
* The baking powder is what will make your pancake fluffy and soft.
Method
1. In a bowl add the dry ingrediants and give it all a mix
2. In a seperate bowl crack in the egg, milk, melted butter and vanilla essence. Give it a good mix making sure its all well combined.
3. Pour in the wet ingredients to the dry bowl and fold in the batter with a wooden spoon making sure its all lump free.
4. Finally heat the pan on low medium heat with some butter and 1/2 cup of pancake batter.

Enjoy your pancakes with maple syrup, cream, fruits or whatever your sweet tooth desires!! Be creative by using ingredients you love, like i said, there are no rules..
