Italian cuisine has been one of the most fastest growing cultural market in the world. It has inspired chefs to use thier recipes and ideas on a multicultural level including a variety of tastes and textures. What spurs to your mind when you think of Italy?
Putting aside the current economic and health crisis caused by corona virus, which in this occasion, as much as this topic is as viral and interesting, it isnt our topic of the day. Italy is also quite famous for its traditional food and rich culture from where we have collaborated our food with their ideas and used recipes that have today inspired us in our kitchens.

Pasta originated in Italy but it is believed the story goes back to the middle east and possibly china! However it has become one of the worlds most accessible foods in nearly every country. its a simple, fun and inexpensive ingrediant that can be eaten as a main course, side or salad! Its amazing to see how different cultures embrace traditional foods from other countries and create thier own unique versions.
Pasta is the most easiest recipe you can ever make! Collaborate it with any ingrediant, meat or flavour and your good to go! Its simple and fulfilling and can be eaten as a main course, salad bowl or to light peckish snack.

I have tried a variety of ways myself to explore taste and unique pasta dishes. The recipe i am sharing today is something to just simply beat your pasta craving! Its healthy, refreshing and delicious. I have used sweet chilli as well as a tomatoe herb sauce to give this a unique sweet spicy taste. This recipe is unique but may not be everyones cup of tea only because im not using the regular tomatoe sauc. But believe me its NOT sweet its just a small kick of sweet mixed with different spices so its worth a try! Definatley Something different from the usual pasta dishes you may have tried! Let me know what you think of this..
